We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce QA Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations through both manual and automated testing.

As a Manual QA Engineer, you'll play a vital role, contributing to exciting projects that redefine client systems, establish new media channels, or drive innovation in healthcare. Prioritize testing efforts based on business impact and estimate testing efforts. Perform smoke/regression testing, discuss testing plans, and provide accurate status tracking. Active participation in Scrum ceremonies.

The project focuses on configuration management and automated generation of PDF documents within an insurance company ecosystem. Quality assurance is a key part of the development workflow. Contribute to refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions.

You'll be building automation test scripts to help us accelerate our development and provide outstanding code quality to our client(s). Develop test plans, defining strategies and approaches to evaluate software functionality and usability. Identify the root causes of defects found, conducting in-depth analyses and actively working to reduce defect rates with the development team. Ensure that the software is delivered defect-free to the customer, working toward the goal of zero defects in production.

Understand business/technical requirements and translate to performance/chaos test requirements. Participate in/Drive design and implement architecture and code-level optimizations. Closely work with devops to ensure production high availability. Design performance/chaos test strategy to validate Load, Stability, Scalability, and Reliability standards of the application are achieved. Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks that support both web and mobile applications. You will play a key part in driving our automation strategy.

Analyzing and processing requirements; Testing web, native applications across the online platform, proceeding with API functional testing; Creating and executing test cases/checklists and other types of test documentation; Performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Following the QA procedure, providing ideas concerning its improvement.

Analyze quality data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for both automated and manual testing. Track, document, and report software defects, providing detailed reports and collaborating with developers and product managers for resolution. Work closely with fellow software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, contributing insights and feedback on product implementation as well as QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
