Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to take ownership of the entire CI/CD pipeline quality within our dynamic software development environment. As the QA Engineer and CI/CD Pipeline Quality Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of our continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.

QA role involving Salesforce and MuleSoft, requiring familiarity with Salesforce (logging in, navigating, checking data, running basic data queries) and MuleSoft (checking logs). Expert use of Postman is needed for testing end-to-end scenarios. The role requires good communication and organizational skills to manage artifacts, work with clients' IT team, support go-live activities, and post-production validation. Insurance domain experience with P&C and Guidewire is a must.

Bridge the gap between Engineering and Customer Support by leading technical investigations, executing minor code/database changes, and building internal tooling to unblock high-impact issues. The Support Engineer will help translate support team needs and emerging customer patterns into technical fixes, tooling enhancements, and long-term product improvements. This role will directly report to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager.

They will oversee planning, estimation and execution of Software Testing activities for our platforms as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations.

This job post is for future opportunities as a Quality Engineer focused on mobile and API test automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable testing solutions. Contracts usually range from 3 months to 1 year and are fully remote. You will write automation testing scripts for UI, back-end, and API testing.

As a Software Engineer in Test, bring a critical eye to Tenable Security Center, Nessus and Agent products, operating in dynamic environments and identifying quality issues. Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment. The role involves a passion for quality and a knack for understanding complex systems, automating functionality, and maturing test frameworks.

Working alongside the Test Manager and Test Leads, the Test Analyst is responsible for analysing application requirements and design documents, developing test plans and protocols that comply with business guidelines, executing tests and document results, and defect management to ensure any software rollout is technically fit for purpose, and meets operational/business needs.

The QC Tester ensures that all game features are thoroughly tested to meet quality standards before integration. Focusing on the functionality and performance of game features, the QC Tester plays a key role in delivering a seamless user experience and supporting the successful release of the product.

Collaborate with Product Owners on testing strategies, testing a product from UI to backend, and performing cross-browser/device testing. Maintain requirements traceability, provide testing expertise, and implement best practices. Advocate for testing standards and maintain strong relationships with internal customers. Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, and provide go/no go recommendations.

Test coverage analysis and improvement is a key responsibility in this role. Develop new automated tests, execute automated regression tests, and provide results analysis and support. Analyze bugs to increase test coverage in critical areas, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the web application.
