As a telephonic Maternity Nurse Care Manager, you will guide members through both routine and high-risk pregnancy experiences, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated remote care. You’ll connect directly with members, listen to their concerns, answer questions, and serve as a trusted advocate. This role requires strong clinical expertise in maternity care.
Performs physical assessments of the patient, reviews their medical history, and interprets diagnostic tests/results in order to provide effective treatment. Conducts preventive health screenings based on the patient's age, history, and unique needs to provide proactive health care. Educates patients and their family about medical conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
The UM/Appeals Supervisor Care Coordination RN is responsible for an appeals caseload and responsible for the Care Coordination staff for case reviews and UR appeals. They work with Appeals and Case review staff on a daily basis to resolve cases and provide guidance and coordinates worklists. This is a fully remote position with work in the office responsibilities for new hire training once fully orientated. Must be willing to train in Sandy Springs Interchange location.

These will be completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse’s home reviewing cases, educating patients, and managing health care costs. The Nurse will be working remotely Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees.
