• Optimize autonomous agent workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for performance.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark datasets to measure AI effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate implementation while validating correctness, security, and performance.
• Design and build server-side APIs that authenticate users, accept and manage backups, handle large-scale data operations, and prepare restored data for customers.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Support teams to ensure backend features reflect real customer workflows and usage patterns.
