As a full-stack engineer, you will be a key technical contributor on our teams, tackling technical challenges spanning both frontend and backend web development work. This will include building features for fintech, travel, eCommerce, and superapp products along with the engines and frameworks that power them. You will work with React on the frontend, and a combination of Python and Node microservices on the backend.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll drive the design and development of high-quality, scalable backend systems in partnership with engineering leads collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to assess the technical implications of new initiatives and guide prioritization. You will also help shape and evolve the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals while proactively identifying opportunities for architectural improvements.
As a Backend Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team working on our innovative communication platform for small and medium-sized businesses. You'll contribute to one of our specialised engineering pillars that power different aspects of our growing platform. You'll work to improve messaging, calling, and internal collaboration features for customer-facing teams.
