As the regional Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing presales team, providing technical expertise and demonstrating the value of our SaaS core banking solution. You will ensure successful product demonstrations, technical presentations, and RFx responses, contributing to closing deals and exceeding sales targets in the FinTech space.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical and strategic advisor to prospective and existing partners, helping them evaluate, integrate, and optimize their payroll solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design holistic solutions that address critical business challenges.
