As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with Account Executives to help acquire and expand customer relationships. You’ll serve as an expert on the Kodex platform—particularly our APIs and workflow capabilities—to drive adoption and deliver business value.
The Sales Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, leading them through the sales process by connecting their needs to Sardine’s value to win new customers and drive revenue growth. The engineer will deliver product demonstrations, fill out RFPs, and win over prospective customer’s technical teams with thought leadership and a consultative approach. Variety, ambiguity, innovation, and ownership of complex problems are all big components of this role.
