Understand customer challenges and business issues and provide product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs. Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners and Okta colleagues.

Provide technical thought leadership and advice to enterprise customers on how to transform their digital experience. Taking total ownership of the technical sale and processes to identifying and qualifying technical opportunities and developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders. Delivering sales pitches, technical and whiteboards presentations  to ensure successful deployments.

Act as a technical trusted advisor, provide tailored product demonstrations, and uncover customer pain points. Support sales teams, build partner relationships, and assist prospects with trials. Assess prospect readiness and provide technical Q&A throughout the sales cycle. Identify technical issues for product development.
