Drive design strategy and detailed design execution across internal products that enable physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and patient advocates to provide safe, high quality care to patients. Design for our internal Electronic Medical Record (EMR) focusing on creating exceptional experiences for our healthcare providers. You’ll be an integral part of the end-to-end product development cycle and will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, Medical, and Legal.
We are looking to add a Product Designer to the team, to make the experience of negotiating, underwriting, and closing transactions on Crux efficient, intelligent, and seamless. As a Senior Product Designer on our Growth team Sprout, you'll tackle some of the most critical challenges in helping users get started, unlock new value, and grow with our platform. You'll own design for Templates—a high-priority growth area that currently lacks dedicated design support, including post-click flows, sharing UI, and admin/account management. You'll be at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and marketing—imagining bold solutions, launching experiments, and refining them through insights.
