Role Overview:
- Translate sales strategy and business priorities into scalable training solutions.
- Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose performance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales onboarding and readiness initiatives to accelerate new-hire ramp.
- Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and AI tools to inform training decisions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in sales training or enablement, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong facilitation and consulting skills with executive presence.
