Strategic Partnerships Manager (Contractor)

What you'll do:

• Handle AICD's day-to-day operations and administration: manage member onboarding, own calendaring and convening coordination, and serve as the first line of response for member questions.
• Build and maintain the systems that keep members connected and collaborative, such as a shared knowledge hub, and vet other tools.
• Nurture the community by planning and executing events, developing member resources, and engaging the online member community.

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships and/or community building, ideally in workforce or career development.
• Experience operating in small or scrappy organizations, with a systems thinker mindset comfortable moving between admin and strategy.
• A track record of running complex multi-stakeholder coordination and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

Compensation and location:

• $62–$75 per hour, full-time contractor (~40 hours/week), remote within the US, must work in ET, CT, or PT time zones.
• Strong possibility of conversion to full-time employee within 6-12 months, with path to senior role.
