Responsibilities:

  • Act as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, guiding Hiring Managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process and stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team at global and regional level.

Qualifications:

  • University level education or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years’ of recruitment experience.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter functionalities.
  • Proven background of direct sourcing methods.

Additional Skills:

  • Exposure to IT, Pharmaceutical, Sustainability, Cyber Security or Innovation sectors is a plus.
  • Creative approach to talent acquisition.
  • Fluent in English and other languages desirable.
