About the Role:
- You own every new customer's path from the first handoff by GTM to production go-live.
- You make the path shorter, more predictable, and easier for the customer.
What You'll Do:
- You take end-to-end onboarding ownership and build a shared plan with the customer.
- You map customer's internal approval paths and drive timely decisions.
- You coordinate with internal teams to answer questions and fix process gaps.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in customer onboarding or similar roles.
- You have excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- You have experience building processes from scratch and working with cross-functional teams.
