About the Role:
- Lead 12twenty's onboarding team of four specialists.
- Run onboarding from signed contract to confident platform use.
What You'll Do:
- Manage timelines, escalations, and portfolio health.
- Coach, develop, and ramp team members.
- Partner cross-functionally and build the onboarding playbook.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in SaaS onboarding or customer success.
- 2+ years leading people and managing implementations.
- Experience with escalations, process design, and remote teams.
