Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Head of Sales and Area Sales Directors to develop and execute communication strategies for a high-performing sales force.
- Coordinate national and regional meetings, leadership development, and sales performance reporting.
- Lead franchise sales training, field initiatives, and strategic selling programs to optimize execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in biotech/pharma with progressive commercial leadership roles.
- Strong matrix skills, executive presence, and cultural sensitivity to work across a complex organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range from USD 141,500 to USD 268,500 per year, with potential for bonuses and long-term incentives.
