Role Overview:
- You'll lead AI solutions that automate workflows and enhance decision-making.

You Will:
- Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows and create new capabilities.
- Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including maintenance and reliability.
- Architect secure integrations with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
- Manage and develop AI Strategists and Engineers.
You Must Have:
- 7+ years in marketing with client service, product, or technology.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping enterprise AI systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
