Role Overview:
- You will own daily execution and SLA delivery across three sub-teams serving 60+ property management companies.
- You will directly manage Team Leads and coach them into stronger operational managers.
- You will bridge client needs with internal product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce SOPs, manage client escalations, and ensure quality of guest experience.
- Partner with the internal builder team to ship new tooling based on operational pain points.
- Expand Shared Services into new offerings like owner communication and review management.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in short-term rental or property management with direct management of guest communication agents.
- Track record of developing staff and handling owner escalations.
- Willingness to work hard and adopt AI tools for operational efficiency.
