Job Summary:
- Responsible for retaining revenue from Key Account Customers and handling incoming customer requests.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to enhance customer engagement and achieve renewal targets.
Essential Functions:
- Achieve renewal budgets, support cross-sells, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop annual activities calendar, execute renewal processes, and analyze usage patterns to improve retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field and minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of EdTech industry, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
