Respond to technical inquiries from dealers and internal teams, guiding repair processes.
Coordinate field engineer visits and engage in training and product knowledge exchange.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
Degree in automotive technology or equivalent, plus EV HV certification preferred.
Fluency in German and English, with strong analytical and customer-focused mindset.
