Senior Product Marketing Manager, Product Innovation & Experience

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in product roadmapping exercises.
• Partner with Product Managers to develop consistent, timely, and clear messaging around upcoming product updates and releases.
• Develop and champion the narrative around the near-term product roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in digital health and/or employer benefits.
• Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and other enablement materials.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
