Responsibilities:
- Support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, including timecard review and pay data imports
- Perform bi-weekly audits to ensure policy and statutory compliance
- Document payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of payroll experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now; experience supporting payroll system implementations, integrations, or upgrades preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including INDEX, MATCH, SUMIFS, and data analysis functions
Desired:
- 2 or more years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of SOX compliance standards and experience supporting payroll controls, audits, and documentation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
