Key Responsibilities:
- Own new business development by building genuine relationships with HR Leaders, TA Managers, C-suite Executives, and Hiring Managers.
- Lead discovery conversations with clarity and curiosity, focusing on consulting rather than selling to guide prospects toward the right decision.
- Coordinate with leadership to develop tailored proposals and manage deals from first touchpoint to signed contract.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, or related field plus proven B2B sales experience in recruiting or HR services.
- Comfort with cold calling and high-volume outreach, and the creativity to stand out in a crowded market.
- Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to own your work end to end.
