Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery conversations with clarity and curiosity, focusing on consulting rather than selling to guide prospects toward the right decision.
  • Coordinate with leadership to develop tailored proposals and manage deals from first touchpoint to signed contract.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, or related field plus proven B2B sales experience in recruiting or HR services.
  • Comfort with cold calling and high-volume outreach, and the creativity to stand out in a crowded market.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to own your work end to end.
