Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant energy industry experience.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business focus, market insight, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $160,000 - $220,000 per year for CO, IL, and MN locations.
