The Role:
- As Customer Success Manager, you'll own customers from sign through renewal.
- You'll run AI discovery and conversion programs and execute work directly inside the product.
- You'll work closely with founders across multiple accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Act as primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of 20-40 consumer brands.
- Own onboarding end-to-end, including kickoff, integrations, and delivering first live wins.
- Track account health and churn risk weekly, surfacing risks early.
