Role Overview:
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through closed-won.
- Work directly with founders and run every demo with category authority.
- Shape the playbook, positioning, and outbound engine as we grow.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of closing experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Direct experience selling to commerce, DTC, or marketing teams.
- Builder mindset with experience in early-stage environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100-150K base plus uncapped commission and meaningful equity.
- Remote work with EST hours and quarterly travel.
