Project Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Proactively place outbound calls and handle inbound calls to uncover homeowner project needs and match them with pros.
• Participate in pilots, tests, and process improvements to shape new tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with the team and meet performance metrics like conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay between $21.63 and $25.00, plus performance bonus.
