Bilingual Business Development Consultant

About the Role:

• This fully remote position focuses on building trusted relationships with financial advisors and driving business growth through consultative selling.
• You will engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and communicate the value of relevant insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact financial advisors through outbound calls, targeting at least 60 calls per day and meeting established sales goals.
• Use question-based selling techniques to identify needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate advisor profiles and manage relationship information using Salesforce.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or a related commercial role.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills are an asset.
