Senior Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

• Bring wide-ranging expertise to build strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
• Operate with full autonomy across a portfolio of complex accounts.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client issues and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex account challenges across multiple products and markets.
• Drive account growth by developing and executing account plans.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience and build scalable frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in digital/search advertising or platform/account management.
• Deep experience in ecommerce advertising platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart.
• Proven track record in customer success, consulting, or pre-sales roles involving executive-level engagement.
