Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Frequent travel for client meetings; reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid leave, health insurance, and employee wellness programs.
- Salary range of 85,000–95,000 EUR per year, determined by local market rates and legal requirements.
