Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to customer success staff to enhance client relationship skills and understanding of customers' business issues.
- Establish and execute a strategy to increase performance, revenue and profitability, including reviewing product portfolios and developing communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure ComPsych remains at the leading edge of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success managing and developing a team of strategic account and customer success managers for large, complex customers in HR service, employee benefits, or insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Project management, critical thinking skills, and strong attention to detail required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full benefits package for full-time employees provided in accordance with local labor laws, including statutory paid leave and public holidays.

- Pay range is 125,000 - 140,000 CHF annually, determined by applicable local market rates.
