About the Role:
- This is a 6-month apprenticeship focused on customer acquisition for HighLevel's self-serve users.
- You'll ramp through structured training, shadowing, and coaching while working 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM CST.
What You'll Do:
- Drive trial activation, adoption, and conversion by engaging with prospects and users.
- Execute engagement strategies via email and in-app messaging to keep users active.
- Collaborate with Trial Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize conversion.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong communication skills and interest in SaaS and marketing landscapes.
- Technical aptitude to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
