Cloud Engineering Support Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, guide, coach, and mentor developers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to document issues, align work with objectives, and manage expectations.
• Oversee task boards, backlog management, and workload planning; monitor progress and clear impediments.

Qualifications:

• Engineering leader and hands-on contributor balancing technical execution, team leadership, and process improvement.
• Atlassian Jira experience including workflow management, automation, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, results-oriented with bias for action; works autonomously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years lead or management experience; 4+ years building React web applications.
• 4+ years working with databases (MySQL, SQL Server); 4+ years coding in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Serverless experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda); familiarity with Jira and Bitbucket.
