About the Role:
- Own the event design strategy and consulting model for Internal Events.
- Build scalable frameworks and governance for all company gatherings.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to design intentional experiences that drive outcomes.
- Lead and develop a team of Event Leads to deliver high-quality events.
- Establish metrics and track event effectiveness and budget stewardship.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years in event management, experience design, or related fields.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
