Senior People Operations Partner (LATAM)

About the Role:

• This is a senior operational HR leadership role supporting rapid growth across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
• You will act as a senior HR expert, partnering with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and global teams to ensure compliant and scalable HR delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced multi-country HR operational leadership, including organizational change, restructures, and country expansion.
• Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and sensitive exits while ensuring local labor law compliance.
• Support works council or employee representative processes and act as a senior escalation point for complex HR matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You bring significant HR generalist and operational experience across multiple countries or complex jurisdictions.
• Strong experience with employee relations, legislative compliance, and organizational transformation is required.
• You are an excellent stakeholder manager with the ability to coach operational HR team members and drive consistency.
