Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class customer experience to each client and annuitant, ensuring the transition is efficient, accurate, and completed on time.
  • Support Transition team members in installing new business by participating in meetings, developing communication, and ensuring cross-functional departments receive accurate data.
  • Collaborate with clients, representatives, and internal partners to obtain annuitant data, perform validation testing, and identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Defined Benefit Plan experience and pension plan administration or annuity/financial services experience required.
  • 3+ years in customer service or related position and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, along with project management experience and strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
