Responsibilities:
- Manage support requests through multiple channels including software, phone, and email.
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to customers, primarily in Mexico.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address complex cases and ensure solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in technical support and customer service, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with high-volume support environments, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use remote communication tools effectively.
