Job Description

The Director of Enterprise Account Management at Docebo is responsible for driving the growth of existing customer accounts by leading a team of 5-8 enterprise account managers. This role focuses on increasing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The Director will oversee hiring, coaching, and retaining top sales talent. Responsibilities include developing and implementing account strategies to drive revenue growth, leading and mentoring a team to meet targets, hiring and developing sales professionals, collaborating with other departments, overseeing account plans, monitoring performance, presenting data to executives, ensuring forecast accuracy, managing sales strategy and lead generation, driving cross-functional collaboration, acting as an escalation point for customer issues, and monitoring sales metrics. Requirements include 10+ years of technology enterprise sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or software company
