Senior Technical Sourcer – Motorsports & Performance Recruiting

About the Role:

• This is not a traditional sourcing role; you'll operate as a creative talent detective, identifying and engaging specialized talent.
• You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to solve difficult searches.

What You'll Do:

• Build pipelines of specialized talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, ATS/CRM, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence across niche automotive and technical markets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What We Need to See:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, or specialized automotive talent.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
