Senior Recruiter – Motorsports & Performance Recruiting

About the Role:

• This is a specialized recruiting role focused on identifying and hiring top talent across motorsports, performance automotive, and high-performance engineering.
• You'll operate as a full-cycle recruiting partner, working closely with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and business positions.
• Source passive candidates in niche markets using networking, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Provide market intelligence and maintain accurate ATS data.

What We Need to See:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting technical or specialized automotive talent.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools such as hireEZ.

Bonus Points:

• Understanding of vehicle performance systems and racing operations.
• Existing network within the motorsports or performance automotive community.
