Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Creating plans to drive partnership sales, setting targets, and expanding the partner adoption amongst their clients.
  • Partner Onboarding Enablement: Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding tools for partners, focusing on product knowledge, sales positioning, and training/support best practices to maximize performance.
  • Drive Sales and Adoption: Collaborate with partner sales teams to help close/win deals, troubleshoot any existing partner issues and ensure they have the tools needed to succeed in their sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing partner strategy in Healthcare SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner enablement programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and market insights that inform strategic decisions.
