Customer Support Specialist - Green Filing

Accountabilities:

• Assist customers through chat, email, and phone by guiding them through product processes and resolving issues effectively.
• De-escalate challenging customer situations and deliver timely, customer-focused resolutions.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help enhance support materials, processes, and product improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
