Remote Sales and Customer Success Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Jump on every inbound lead fast and return calls, voicemails, texts, and emails promptly.
• Run confident, engaging sales conversations and walk leads through pricing and services.
• Follow up with a smart cadence using calls, texts, and emails, and ask for the booking with confidence.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone proactive, friendly, and genuinely energetic on the phone, who makes customers feel connected.
• A year or more of sales or phone-based customer experience, fluent in English, and reliable.
• Must have a reliable computer, smartphone, noise-canceling headset, solid internet, and a quiet workspace.

What We Offer:

• Fully remote position with fixed core hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST.
• Starting pay of $450 biweekly as a 1099 Independent Contractor, with potential for pay tiers to increase as revenue grows.
• Clear playbooks, talk tracks, and templates, plus real feedback and straightforward communication.
