Seeking an experienced Genesys Routing Developer to design, develop, and support the Genesys Engage Contact Center Platform.
Responsible for implementing secure, high-quality routing solutions and offering technical expertise to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead routing projects, participate in all project life cycle phases, and create technical documentation.
Analyze Genesys logs for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Provide regular project status updates and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

10+ years of Genesys Suite development experience and 4+ years with Amazon Connect.
Expertise in Composer/IRD, SCXML, and multi-channel routing applications.
Proficiency with GAX, GA, CCpulse, SQL, Cassandra, and CICD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
