Role Overview:
- Provide technical support for avionics products and systems.
- Engage with customers via portal, phone, and email.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Flight Management Systems, Navigation, Communication, Autopilot, and Cabin Management.
- Solve systems/technical problems with root cause analysis.
- Mentor and guide peers in operational settings.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with CRM or digital customer-support tools.
- Customer service orientation and performance monitoring.
