The Role:
- The Director of Finance and Operations will build the financial infrastructure for the EFTC program.
- This role is critical for donation processing, compliance, and scholarship fund management.
- It starts as an individual contributor and will grow a team as donation volume scales.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in non-profit finance, donation operations, or related roles.
- Experience building financial operations and compliance infrastructure from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of SGO operations, tax credit programs, and multi-state compliance is highly valued.
