The Opportunity:
- This role owns the complex requests that move through the platform, resolving them and preventing recurrence.
- You will work directly with law firm clients, healthcare providers, and digital network partners.
What you'll do:
- Own complex requests and escalations, chase providers, resolve invoices, and close out stalled requests.
- Protect compliance on every request by verifying authorizations and meeting HIPAA standards.
- Deliver client projects directly, export and organize data, and review for qualifying information.
What you bring:
- You have independently resolved escalated matters with external parties, handling them professionally.
- You solve problems by finding root cause and are comfortable in Excel for data reconciliation.
- You write and speak clearly with clients and partners, especially with complicated news.
