Job Description

Leadership Role:

  • Guide the full North American sales organization of a high-performance workwear brand.
  • High-impact leadership role with broad cross-functional influence.
  • Optimizing sales processes, building high-performing teams, and leveraging data to inform market strategy.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute seasonal, annual, and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
  • Drive trade marketing initiatives and channel activation, ensuring campaigns and product launches maximize visibility, conversion, and sell-through.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and account segmentation to optimize channel distribution and territory performance.

Collaboration:

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Operations, and Production.
  • Align product offerings, deliveries, and market strategy with customer and regional needs.
  • Partnering with Operations and Finance for inventory planning and allocation.
