- Full-cycle recruitment from passive sourcing to pre-credentialing onboarding.
- Target sourcing through healthcare job boards, professional networks, and AI tools.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to understand role requirements and market nuances.
The basics you'll need:
- 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed mental health professionals.
- 1+ years in a startup or fast-scaled environment.
- Proven track record using niche healthcare sourcing channels and state licensing databases.
