Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a winning structure for onboarding and continuous learning within this new function: Sales Enablement.
  • Define frameworks, processes, and governance for seller capability development across SDRs, Consultants, and Account Managers.
  • Create scalable programmes that can be adapted for UK and International teams.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and motions for SDRs, Consultants, and Account Managers.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Additional Information:

  • This is role is a remote role based within the UK with the expectation with some travel to our offices as required.
  • 5 volunteering days to be used for causes of your choice
