Operational Leadership & Customer Experience (CX):
- Lead the integration of customer experience best practices into compliance workflows.
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are implemented in a user-friendly manner.
- Analyze the player journey through a compliance lens.
Regulatory Oversight & Licensing Collaboration:
- Serve as the main point of contact for external regulatory bodies.

- Proactively monitor and interpret changes in online gaming laws.
Risk Management & Internal Controls:
- Oversee and enforce Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial compliance requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and monitor the platform's Responsible Gaming program.
